Small willow shopper basket workshop

Service Description

The workshop costs €85 and will cover the skills needed to make your own willow shopper basket. It will take about 4.5 - 5 hours. Along the way you will learn different methods for randing, borders and how to add and wrap a handle. We supply the materials for the workshop. The workshop will be held in the upstairs room in Trinity Arts Center, Church Hill, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon. A little warning, willow basket weaving can be physically demanding on your hands. €20 (non refundable) deposit required for booking. €65 payable on day of workshop.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please let us know at least 7 days before the workshop. This is because we have to soak the willow for 5 days prior.
